18개최가 되면 구글 설문조사를 통해 각 분야별 후보 레벨들을 추천받는다. 분야는 각각 '예술상', '기믹상', '힐링상', '[[Neo Cosmos]]상'이 있으며, 각 분야별 선정된 레벨들이 수상 후보로 들어선다.

20후보 레벨들의 쇼케이스가 있고, 그때부터 투표가 시작된다. 투표가 진행된 후 심사위원 점수, 개발자 점수, 유저 점수를 합한 총점으로 각 분야별 수상작이 선별되며, 맨 마지막엔 모든 분야의 레벨들이 후보인 '올해의 레벨상'(LOTY상)을 수여한다. 각 상을 수상한, 혹은 후보로 선정된 레벨들은 [[추천 레벨]]로 수록될 가능성이 생긴다[* 2022년 LOTY부터 LOTY상 수상작은 거의 무조건 추천 레벨로 들어온다 봐도 된다.].
